Race Supplies Limited Terms and Conditions of Trade

1.     Delivery

1. For stocked items, products will be dispatched within three working days after the payment has been received, usually we dispatch the same day.
2. Race Supplies Ltd ship most items with Post Haste Couriers.
3. Race Supplies Ltd will not ship to PO Boxes
4. Race Supplies Ltd will not be responsible for shipping delays once the item has been dispatched (or picked up by the courier)

2.     Risk and Insurance

1. If the customer makes an agreement with the courier to leave goods without the requirement for a signature this will void any insurance from the courier. The buyer has now accepted all risk of the item not being delivered, damaged or being stolen. 

3.     Returns & Warranties

1. For returns, including those for faulty or warranty items, the cost and responsibility of the shipping to return the goods remains with the buyer.
2. All Returns for credit must be in the original undamaged packaging. 

4.     Late Payments and Default of Payment

1. Payments more than 60 days overdue may be deemed overdue and referred to a debt collector
2. Any debt collection and legal costs shall be paid by the Buyer incurring the debt

5.     Reservation of title

1. Race Supplies Limited retains the ownership of all products until full and final payment has been made
