BANJO BOLTS-BLEED NIPPLES-SEALING WASHERS
We have a range of single and double banjo bolts as well as copper washers, blanking plugs and bleed nipples.
Most standard Japanese braking mastercylinders have a 10x1.25mm thread for the brake line connection banjo bolt. Accossato, Brembo and other premium brands have 10x1.0mm threads.
If you have double lines from the mastercylinder you need the double banjo bolt and three sealing washers.
Single line from the mastercylinder requires the single bolt and two sealing washers.
The copper washers can be reused multiple times by simply re-annealing them, heat them up till red hot and dunk them in some water and they are good to go. If you are planning on using the kitchen hob to do this I suggest you wait until the wife is away....
